1. Acceptance

By using Harta.my you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The marketplace

Harta.my is a classifieds platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect or guarantee the items, properties, vehicles, services or jobs listed. Transactions between users are their own responsibility.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Listings

Listings must be accurate, lawful and correctly categorised. Standard listings remain active for approximately six months unless you mark them sold/rented, remove them, or they are removed by moderation. Prohibited and restricted items are set out in our safety policies.

5. Contact

Contacting sellers may take you to WhatsApp, a third-party service governed by its own terms. Harta.my does not operate an internal chat inbox at launch.

6. Conduct

You must not post illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe or misleading content, attempt to defraud others, or scrape or republish listings without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Harta.my is provided “as is” and we are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users.
