1. Acceptance

By using Harta.my you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The marketplace

Harta.my is a classifieds platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect or guarantee the items, properties, vehicles, services or jobs listed. Transactions between users are their own responsibility.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Listings

Listings must be accurate, lawful and correctly categorised. Standard listings remain active for approximately six months unless you mark them sold/rented, remove them, or they are removed by moderation. Prohibited and restricted items are set out in our safety policies.

5. Messages and contact

Harta.my provides a private, listing-linked asynchronous message inbox. You must not send spam, harassment, phishing links, illegal content, requests for passwords or OTP codes, or unsafe payment instructions. We may rate-limit, block, preserve, review or remove messages and restrict accounts for safety, moderation, support or legal reasons.

When a seller supplies a WhatsApp number, the contact link is enabled by default and the seller can disable it per listing. WhatsApp is a third-party service governed by its own terms and privacy practices; Harta.my does not receive those external conversation contents.

6. Conduct

You must not post illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe or misleading content, attempt to defraud others, or scrape or republish listings without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Harta.my is provided “as is” and we are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users.

8. Bot protection

Security checks, including Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limits, may be required to create an account, sign in, start a conversation or send a message. Attempting to bypass these controls is prohibited.
