Your safety is our priority. Follow these basics for every transaction.

Meet safely

• Meet in a public, well-lit place during the day.
• Inspect and test the item before paying.
• Verify serial numbers, IMEI and ownership documents where applicable.

Protect yourself

• Never share passwords, OTP codes, bank-login details or full identification documents.
• Harta.my blocks links and attachments in messages to reduce phishing. Never pay through a link sent outside Harta.my.
• Keep early communication in the listing-linked Harta.my inbox when possible. WhatsApp may be available by default when the seller supplied a number; continue only when you are comfortable leaving Harta.my.
• Be wary of prices that seem too good to be true.

Report problems

If you see a suspicious, prohibited or misleading listing, use the Report action on the listing. In a conversation, use Block to stop both parties sending and Report to send the thread to our moderation team.
